Kasey was easy to deal with, found me the perfect truck, and no pressure at all.

We had a great experience. We found the truck we wanted. Did a deposit to hold it for a few days. Texted and said which day we could come finalize. They had it all clean and ready for us when we got there. Went over some of the new things we had questions about and we were on our way.

I have had the truck in 3 times for the same issue, the android auto does not connect wirelessly 3 times I have been told it is repaired for it to fail within hours of picking the truck up from the dealer. I know electronics can be tricky but when you purchase a new vehicle it should work as it was intended to work. The service writers and staff have been super friendly but this needs to be resolved without running back and fourth to the dealership multiple times for the same issue. I am being told GM is taking away all the wireless electronics because it is so problematic however, I purchased the truck with this feature included and I would like it to function properly.
