From initial contact with the Sales Manager via text/email over the weekend, to coordinating delivery of the vehicle since I live out of state, and finally picking up the vehicle was the best car buying experience I have ever had. True professionalism from start to finish. At no point did you feel like you were being taking advantage of or lied to like at other dealerships. 100% will be buying future vehicles from Provo GMC.

It was not good. We have had to bring our vehicle in every year for the past 3 years for the same problem. We had an extended warranty and it was covered, but what really happened is that Provo GMC never actually fixed the real problem, just putting a band aid on the issue for a temporary fix, so we kept having issues. Now our warranty has expired and now they finally said they needed to look further to find the actual problem and obviously charge us for that. Then, in finding more out about the actual issue that we had for 3 years in a row and was never fixed right, we now had to pay for it out of our pocket additionally, which should have never happened if it was fixed properly and they were honest in the first place. Horrible service. We will never buy an extended warranty again, a vehicle or anything from Provo GMC. We will suggest to everyone we know to avoid doing any thing with them. Honest and integrity is what counts, and Provo GMC does not have either of those. We had to give 1 star, but honestly they deserve a negative 5 stars.
